Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Melange. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Items must be returned with a valid proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at customercare@melange.mt with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address we provide.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
4. Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, depending on availability. Please contact us to arrange this.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank or card account
- Contact your payment provider (some banks take time to process)
