Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Rates

Malta

  • Orders under €19.99: €3.50 shipping fee
  • Orders €19.99 or more: Free shipping!

Europe

  • Standard shipping rate of €7.00 applies to all orders

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Malta: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Europe: Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days

We always do our best to get your order out quickly, though processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive automatic updates at every stage (powered by Shopify), including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Processing updates
  • Dispatch notification
  • Delivery status

This way, you’ll always know exactly where your order is.

Delays

While we work hard to meet the delivery times above, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control (such as courier issues or customs). If your order is taking longer than expected, just reach out, we’re happy to help.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details
  • For damaged items, kindly include photos and proof of payment.

We’ll make sure to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after placing your order.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Voucher cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

For eligible returns, you may choose to:

  • Exchange your item for another of the same value, or
  • Upgrade to a higher-value item by paying the difference
